Toasts with olive oil and herbs

Ingredients:

  • Slices of bread 2 cm thick
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:

 

1. In a mortar, crush the coriander, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the olive oil. Put in the refrigerator until it becomes solid like butter.

2. Toast the bread and spread it with the preparation. Serve

 

This recipe is a base. You can add tomato, avocado, oregano according to your taste.
