Chocolate Cookies with olive oil
Ingredients for 20 cookies:
- 300g of dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- 12g baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 tbsp. of honey
- 120g of butter
- 320g of flour
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Melt the butter gently in a small saucepan.
3. In a bowl, pour the flour and melted butter. Add the honey. Mix.
4. Pour the cup of sugar. Mix.
5. In a second bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the baking powder.
6. Pour this preparation into the first bowl. Add the olive oil, the dark chocolate chips. Mix.
7. Let stand for 30 minutes, then form small balls.
8. Place cookies on a baking paper. Bake for 9 minutes at 180 ° C.
9. Sprinkle with “fleur de sel” after cooking.
