In which country can I have my order delivered?

We currently deliver to continental France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and mainland Portugal.

For any other destination, please send us an email to info@quintasolana.com  or contact us via the contact form.

I have not received an email confirming my order. And now?

It is likely that we have not received confirmation of payment for the order. If you have received a payment confirmation email, please send it to us clientsupport@quintasolana.com  with your name, the contents of your shopping cart and the date of the order.

How can I track my order?
When the order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. Look in your spam, it may be there.
How do I know if my order has been registered? If it’s on its way?
Your order has been registered as soon as you have received an order confirmation email. A link to track the order is inserted in the mail.
My order is incomplete. What to do?

Please send us an email to clientsupport@quintasolana.com  indicating your name, your order number and the missing products.

My order is damaged. And now?

Please send us an email to clientsupport@quintasolana.com  with your name, order number and photos of your package and damaged products.

Can I get a refund?

As soon as you have exercised your right of withdrawal within the limits of withdrawal period, QUINTA SOLANA is due to refund you for all the sums paid, excluding delivery costs, the day after the day of recovery of the goods, attesting the good reception in original state of the returned products.

Unless previously agreed between you and Quinta  Solana, you will be refunded  by the same means of payment chosen as for the purchase.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Any Product must be returned in original condition, in its original packaging. Consult the GTC of Quinta Solana (§11 – Right of Withdrawal) for details.
