Cut the carrots, zucchinis and the pepper into sticks. For asparagus, cut them into 3 or 4 pieces.<\/p>\n<p>2. In a frying pan, pour 10 cL of olive oil, add the crushed garlic and place the cod fillets and cook on low heat for 30 min.<\/p>\n<p>3. In another pan, pour 2 tbsp. of olive oil and cook at high heat all vegetables (pepper, carrots, zucchinis, and asparagus) for 5 minutes. Then cook at low heat for 15 to 20 min. On the last 5 min, cover the pan. Your vegetables are ready!<\/p>\n<p>4. Place some vegetables in the center of a plate and gently place the cod fillet on top.
